The Meters OV-1-B-Connect headphones are durable (with many aluminum parts) and comfortable (with large ear cushions). The volume can be quite impressive, with each speaker reaching a power level of 0.5W. The wireless connection is complemented by a reliable audio cable.

In the wireless version, the Meters OV-1-B-Connect utilizes the Qualcomm aptX HD codec, supplemented by HSP, HFP, A2DP, and AVRCP.

The proprietary app includes a graphical equalizer and control over the VU meter LED lighting: in certain situations, such as a dimly lit airplane cabin, it is best to turn it off altogether.

The built-in battery provides 20 hours of playback under maximum load. There is also a battery level indicator and several additional modes, including active noise cancellation with the option to activate ambient sound mode.
