We are looking for an ERP Specialist with a strong background in the retail sector, adept in Odoo ERP, Python programming, The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of financial, inventory, supply chain, e-commerce, and HR modules within ERP systems. The ERP Specialist will be responsible for, customizing Reports, and test/debug ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for ERP implementation.
Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo ERP modules, including financial, inventory, supply chain, e-commerce, and HR, to align with retail industry standards and best practices.
Develop custom functionalities and integrations using Python language to enhance ERP capabilities and meet specific business requirements.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the stability, performance, and accuracy of the ERP system and integrated Power BI dashboards.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and proficiency in using the ERP system and Power BI dashboards.
Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and advancements in ERP technology, Python programming, Power BI, and retail industry practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and HR, to ensure seamless integration of ERP and Power BI with other systems and processes.
Liaise with external vendors or consultants as needed for specialized expertise or assistance in ERP customization, integration, or optimization projects.
Continuously monitor and evaluate ERP performance metrics, data quality, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

The Cashier is responsible for handling the cash register systems and sales transactions. He/she greets, assists and serves customers on the shop floor at all points in the shopping experience in order to ensure the provision of the highest standards of customer service and the achievement of maximum sales.

• Maintains orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked, and ensures that consumable materials (such as bags, rolls, etc.) are replenished throughout the day and marketing/communication tools are properly displayed.
• Prepares cash money, electronic cards slip, discounts, and vouchers, etc. at the end of day and submit them in compliance with company policies and security standards. Reports any shortages in cash settlement to management for swift action.
• Ensures cash policies and procedures are applied duly and accurately.
• Handles all related slips and logbooks as well as reservation on items at shop opening to ensure their conformity to the set procedures.
• Performs accurate transfer in/out of items (to/from shops and warehouse) under the supervision of the manager on duty.
• Assists in ensuring a smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping preventing security risks and thefts, by performing physical and electronic inventory as required, reporting broken alarms, incidents, suspicious activities.
• Up-sells and cross-sells products and services in order to reach hourly and daily sales targets. Maintains awareness of all promotions and advertisements
