  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented retail sales associate with a passion for the lifestyle section to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right art supplies, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your in-depth knowledge of household materials  will play a vital role in helping customers choose the best products.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Offer expert advice on a wide range of lifestyle products available in stores, trying to up-sell and cross-sell.
    • Guide customers through product selection, addressing their questions and concerns to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lifestyle products available in the store, including their features, uses, and benefits.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the industry
    • Assist in receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory on shelves and displays.
    • Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the store manager to ensure products are available for customers.
    • Assist in creating attractive and organized displays that showcase the art supplies in an appealing manner.
    • Maintain the overall visual aesthetics of the section, ensuring products are well-presented and easy to locate.


    • Prior experience in retail sales, preferably with a focus on lifestyle

Intern (Accountant)

  • The intern is responsible for assisting the Accounting department with data entry, processing payments, recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, filing, preparing budgets and reports and other duties as requested by the Finance Department 

    • Record journal entries in the accounting system as instructed by the senior accountant.
    • Experience in handling petty cash, preparing vouchers, and accounts payable. Booking all retail petty cash expenses and reconciliation of the petty cash account on a monthly basis.
    • Assists the senior accountant in doing cash counts and inventory of fixed assets on a regular basis.
    • Coordinate with the Head Cashier on daily cash transactions from the showroom and check for any discrepancies upon reconciliation.
    • File all approved journal entries and supporting documents in an organized manner.
    • Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts, investigating and correcting discrepancies.
    • Responsible for other related issues as assigned by direct supervisors.
    • Assisting in the preparation of month-end balance sheet reconciliations. Compile monthly reports and assist with month-end closing.

ERP Specialist

  • We are looking for an ERP specialist with a strong background in the retail sector, adept in Odoo ERP, Python programming, and proficient in integrating Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of financial, inventory, supply chain, e-commerce, and HR modules within ERP systems. The ERP Specialist will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing ERP solutions tailored to our retail operations, as well as integrating Power BI for advanced data visualization and analysis.


    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for ERP implementation.
    • Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo ERP modules, including financial, inventory, supply chain, e-commerce, and HR, to align with retail industry standards and best practices.
    • Develop custom functionalities and integrations using the Python language to enhance ERP capabilities and meet specific business requirements.
    • Design, develop, and integrate Power BI dashboards for real-time data visualization, reporting, and analysis, providing insights into various aspects of retail operations.
    • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the stability, performance, and accuracy of the ERP system and integrated Power BI dashboards.
    • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and proficiency in using the ERP system and Power BI dashboards.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and advancements in ERP technology, Python programming, Power BI, and retail industry practices.
